Upon execution of the agreement, Cosmick will provide a training schedule. Training will be conducted through a combination of interactive online sessions, video tutorials, and hands-on testing. The training covers various areas such as introduction to the system, managing reservations and bookings, managing pet information and health records, financial management, and launching the platform.
