Unified KM

For breeders

Organized records for your breeding program.

A breeding program produces years of records: ancestry, registrations, microchips, care history and the documents a new owner receives. UKM helps keep that information organized and with the right animal, so it is ready when someone asks.

What you need

What breeders tell us matters.

01

History that lasts

Pet records and ancestry keep information connected over an animal’s life.

02

Registration details

Microchip and breed registration records sit with the animal, not in a separate binder.

03

Care documentation

Vaccinations, treatments and daily records support an accurate care history.

04

Owner paperwork

Forms, templates, document storage and signatures help prepare what goes home with a new owner.

A supported workflow

Records, not breeding science. UKM organizes documentation. It does not predict outcomes, analyze genetics or connect to testing services, and we do not claim registry partnerships. We will show the exact structure and limits of ancestry records during a demo.

Honest fit

Where UKM helps, and where another system may still be needed.

AreaWhat UKM can help organizeWhat may need another system

Care documentationVaccinations, treatments, daily records and documentsClinical decisions remain with your veterinarian
Breeding analysisNot claimedGenetic analysis, reproductive prediction and testing integrations

Checklist

Before you choose a records tool

  • Can you trace an animal’s ancestry from its record?
  • Are registration and microchip details stored with the animal?
  • Can care history be shared with a new owner clearly?
  • Are signed documents easy to find years later?

What we will discuss in a demo

  1. How you record ancestry today
  2. Which registrations you track
  3. What a new owner receives
  4. Who else needs access
