Unified KM

For veterinarians and veterinary teams

Clearer care records for veterinary teams and their partners.

Many veterinarians care for animals that live in a store, shelter or breeding program. The care you provide has to be recorded somewhere those partners can use. UKM is built for that record and coordination work, alongside the clinical tools you already rely on.

What you need

What veterinary teams tell us matters.

01

One record for the animal

Vaccinations, treatments and documents recorded where the partner organization can see them.

02

Coordinated access

Veterinarian management and dedicated tech and counselor views let each person see what their role needs.

03

Less re-entry

Recording care once in the partner’s record reduces copying between paper and separate systems.

04

Clear documents

Forms, templates, document storage and digital signatures keep paperwork with the animal.

A supported workflow

A coordinated visit, as a workflow

  1. 1

    The partner prepares

The store or shelter keeps the animal’s record current before your visit.

  2. 2

    Your team reviews

Veterinary users review the record with access set by role.

  3. 3

    Care is documented

Vaccinations, treatments and notes are recorded on the animal’s record.

  4. 4

    Documents follow

Forms and signed documents stay attached, ready for the next handoff.

About digital health exams. A December 2023 article on our blog described tablet based digital puppy health exams. That article is historical. We will confirm what is available today for your workflow during a demo rather than promise it here.
